For a bug, tell us the LinkedIn page you were on and what you expected to happen - a screenshot helps. For a billing question, the email address you bought the pass with is enough; we never need your card details.
Refunds and withdrawal
The 60-day pass is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel. If you are an EU consumer within 14 days of buying, email us and say you withdraw - there is no form to hunt for and we do not ask why.
