By using JobLens AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

JobLens AI provides AI-assisted summaries and workflow helpers for job postings viewed in supported browser contexts.

Account authentication is provided through Clerk. Job highlighting, filtering and dismissal work without an account. An account is required for AI summaries, because it is how your allowance is counted.

These are the full terms of what we sell. They are stated here, before checkout, and not only on the payment page.

• Free - $0. 5 AI job summaries per week, generated on request - same model and pipeline as the paid pass. Requires a free account. No API key and no payment. Unlimited highlighting, filtering and dismissal are included and require no account.
• Bring your own key - $0. Unlimited AI summaries, each checked against the job posting's own wording, using your own Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic API key. We charge nothing; you pay your AI provider directly under their terms, and you are responsible for that account and its costs. Subject to a fair-use ceiling of 1,000 summaries per day, per account, which exists to stop automated abuse rather than to limit you - it is one summary every 86 seconds, sustained around the clock.
• 60-day pass - $19, one-time. Grants 60 days of access from the moment of purchase and includes up to 600 AI summaries, each checked against the job posting's own wording, generated automatically as you view a job. Access ends 60 days after purchase, and you then return to the free tier described above. If you use all 600 summaries before the 60 days are up, a top-up is how you continue until the pass expires - the free tier does not resume while a pass is still running.
• Top-up - $10, one-time. Adds 300 AI summaries and restarts your 60-day window from the day of purchase.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is collected by Whop, which displays the total payable, including any tax, before you confirm.

The pass is not a subscription. It is a single payment for a fixed period. It does not renew, no further payment is taken automatically, and there is no subscription to cancel. If you want more access when a pass ends, you buy another one.

A summary that is served from cache, or that fails and returns no result, does not use up your allowance.

We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a pass you have already bought.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason.

Access begins as soon as you pay, and the checkout tells you so before you confirm. We do not charge you for what you used: if you withdraw within the 14 days you get a full refund, however many summaries you have generated. We could lawfully deduct a proportionate amount for a service already provided, and we choose not to - the sums are small and arguing about them is worse for both of us.

To withdraw, send us an unambiguous statement to the contact address below - an email saying you withdraw is enough. You may use the model withdrawal form reproduced below, but you are not required to. We will refund you using the same payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your statement.

Outside the withdrawal period, refund requests are considered case by case. This does not affect your statutory rights.

• Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use JobLens AI for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, billing controls, or account restrictions.

AI-generated summaries are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing original job postings before taking action.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, policy violations, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension. Because nothing recurs, there is no subscription to end; a pass you have already paid for simply runs out.

We are liable for damage we cause by failing to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for hiring decisions you make on the basis of an AI summary without checking the original posting.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity, or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to a pass are the ones published when you bought it. If we make a material change, we will tell you before it takes effect and you are free to stop using the service; we will not treat your silence as acceptance.
